🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive VEG's customer-focused triage and experience
• Handle general hospital maintenance and inventory
• Assist customers with inquiries and check-ins
• Oversee cash drawer reconciliation and EOD processes

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience
• Prior experience with animals in a veterinary environment
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours and lift up to 25 kg
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Knowledge of Infinity/ImproMed software
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
