You'll join SimplePractice's Finance team to support investment decisions and capital allocation. You'll partner with Product and Engineering leaders to drive efficient scaling. This role offers a chance to shape the financial strategy of a growing health tech company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in **Finance**, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years in **product finance**, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Expert-level **financial modeling** in Excel or Google Sheets
• Deep understanding of **SaaS metrics** and subscription business models

Responsibilities

• Develop ROI-driven financial models for strategic initiatives
• Track and analyze product metrics like cost to serve and unit economics
• Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization and tradeoffs
• Prepare materials for investor discussions and external communication
