💼 About This Role

You'll lead Risk ops, Customer Success Ops, and Product Ops at Relay, a digital banking platform for small businesses. You'll build scalable operational foundations, drive cross-functional execution, and enable data-driven decisions across the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage analytics to identify trends and operational opportunities
• Oversee core operating processes and cadences across Biz Ops functions
• Build and maintain operational tech stack for Risk, CS, and Product
• Develop and optimize processes to drive alignment across operations teams

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in Business Operations or similar in high-growth fintech
• At least 3 years leading managers
• Experience building multi-functional ops teams in B2B SaaS
• Owned company-level operating cadences including quarterly planning and KPIs

• Experience with CRM, support tooling, or product analytics platforms
• History of implementing data governance standards
• Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
