You'll own the AI Productivity roadmap as part of Salsify's AI Task Force, driving internal AI adoption and building solutions hands-on. Your impact will be measured by how efficiently teams operate with measurable AI-driven improvements. This is a building role, not just coordination, where you'll prototype agents and run hackathons.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own AI Productivity roadmap from idea to execution
• Build hands-on tools, agents, and enablement materials
• Run internal pilots and define success metrics
• Drive adoption through hackathons and trainings

📋 Requirements

• Product management experience owning roadmap and stakeholder alignment
• Hands-on AI fluency building with LLMs and agents
• Experimental discipline with hypotheses and success metrics
• Strong judgment in ambiguous, pragmatic spaces

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical experience building internal tools or automation
• Track record running internal pilots or adoption programs
• SaaS or B2B background
