You'll own the paid media function across multiple brands and regions, driving full-funnel strategy and revenue accountability. You'll manage six-figure budgets and present performance narratives to Sales and leadership. This role combines hands-on platform expertise with strategic leadership for a data-driven marketer.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Own reporting on ROI/ROAS, KPIs, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • Develop scalable multi-channel strategies to drive measurable growth across brands and regions.
  • Present performance insights to Sales, Brand, and leadership teams weekly and quarterly.

📋 Requirements

  • GA4 proficiency (event tracking, attribution, advanced conversion reporting)
  • Salesforce experience (lead to opportunity to revenue reporting)
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads hands-on management
  • LinkedIn Ads expertise (lead gen and ABM campaigns)
