💼 About This Role

You'll own qualification strategy for AI accelerator systems at a chiplet-based architecture startup. You'll define and execute reliability tests to ensure our hardware withstands 24/7 data center demands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute HW qualification plans for AI accelerator systems
• Lead HALT/HASS, thermal cycling, humidity, and vibration testing
• Drive root-cause analysis for complex system-level failures
• Oversee qualification of high-bandwidth interconnects and PCIe Gen5/6

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in hardware qualification for HPC or servers
• Mastery of JEDEC, IPC, and Telcordia reliability standards
• Expert-level use of high-speed oscilloscopes and environmental chambers
• Strong command of Weibull analysis, DOE, and JMP/Minitab

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience qualifying air and liquid cooling components for high-TDP AI systems
• Background in ASIC/package-level reliability
• Familiarity with Python or LabVIEW for test automation
