You'll drive software contract renewals for a leading AI-powered IT management company, identifying upsell opportunities and supporting retention. This is a go-to-market role with a direct impact on customer growth and satisfaction.
π― What You'll Do
- Drive renewal conversations to increase rates and identify upsell opportunities
- Work with Account Management to identify risks and support execution
- Partner with General Managers and Product teams for customer feedback
- Ensure renewals are accurately documented and forecasted
π Requirements
- 2+ years of renewals, account management or customer success experience
- Direct experience with software contract renewals in B2B/SaaS
- Fluency in English and Spanish
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience managing subscription renewals end to end
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
