💼 About This Role

You'll lead Build Operator, CoLab's conversational AI agent for engineering teams, driving technical execution on applied AI features. Your leadership will help rapidly iterate toward product-market fit in a highly experimental domain. You'll work with a team of 8 engineers alongside Product and Design to shape the future of AI at CoLab.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of 8 engineers building AI-powered Operator platform
• Drive technical execution across LLMs, agentic workflows, and retrieval systems
• Contribute technically through architecture guidance, code reviews, and debugging
• Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmap and execution strategy

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams in B2B SaaS
• Strong technical background in system design and engineering
• Experience building or shipping applied AI/ML product features
• Familiarity with modern LLMs, retrieval systems, vector search, and agentic workflows
