You'll lead the SF hub and design programs like offsites and onboarding weeks that make in-person time matter for a distributed team. Your work will directly accelerate company priorities through thoughtful experiences. You'll blend operational rigor with a keen sense of atmosphere and energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary on-site lead for SF hub, managing day-to-day operations and budget.
• Design and run offsites, travel, onboarding, and in-office rituals tied to company priorities.
• Own the travel program end-to-end, including vendor selection and continuous improvement.
• Develop feedback loops and measurement systems to track experience outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in workplace ops, employee experience, or people ops.
• Strong operational instincts: organized, systematic, and responsive.
• Ability to design backward from outcomes and articulate purpose.
• Experience managing travel programs, offsites, and vendor relationships with budget accountability.

• Familiarity with CultureAmp, Notion, Ramp, TravelPerk, Slack, or Google Workspace.
