💼 About This Role

You'll produce video and written content using an AI-first workflow, collaborating with Product Marketing, Communications, and Demand teams. You'll drive content from ideation to final delivery, integrating generative AI tools to multiply impact and speed. This role combines the technical soul of a videographer with the strategic mind of a content lead.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce strategic content and repurpose existing assets for SEO and AI SEO programs.
• Develop and execute an AI-first content roadmap using generative video, LLMs, and automated editing.
• Lead end-to-end video production from ideation to post-production for high-impact assets.
• Adapt core video assets for multi-channel distribution across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and blog.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in content operations, production, project management, or managing editor roles in technology.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent pro tools.
• Proven experience implementing and training teams on generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT/Claude).
• Ability to drive narrative through multiple formats, including video and written content.
