💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to offer targeted teaching and support to students in a K-21 school. Your role ensures classroom order, implements behavioral programs, and provides general supervision. This direct hire position follows a school calendar with generous paid time off.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Substitute teach or act as a paraprofessional as needed
• Manage classroom behaviors and report concerns to staff
• Implement and maintain behavioral program policies and data
• Maintain classroom order and safety while supervising students

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in education, psychology, or related field
• Substitute Teacher Certificate is required
• At least 23 years of age
• Ability to work with high-risk special needs students
