💼 About This Role

You'll lead the cross-functional operating plan preparing Flexdrive for AV fleet deployments at scale. You'll own the master program timeline, coordinate workstreams spanning infrastructure, people, and operations, and ensure readiness milestones are met. This role partners directly with the Flexdrive CEO and offers greenfield program management to build the playbook from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain the master program timeline integrating multi-workstream deliverables.
• Develop and manage the program's RAID log, identifying and escalating cross-functional blockers.
• Drive weekly leadership syncs, monthly reviews, and quarterly board updates.
• Partner with workstream leads to align infrastructure, hiring, and fleet operations timelines.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of program management or cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex multi-workstream programs with 12-24 month timelines.
• Strong command of program management tools (Gantt charts, RAID logs, dependency mapping).
• Proven ability to communicate executive-level narratives to leadership and board audiences.

• Experience with infrastructure buildout programs (depot construction, real estate development).
• Background in capital intensive projects, fleet, automotive, or autonomous vehicles.
• Experience managing programs spanning domestic and international markets, especially European entry.
