💼 About This Role

You'll analyze large Medicaid datasets to identify billing anomalies and translate insights into scalable detection tools. Working with product and engineering teams, you'll help embed fraud detection in the HHAeXchange platform. This fully remote role requires deep knowledge of Medicaid regulatory requirements and the revenue cycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze Medicaid claims and EVV data using SQL to detect fraud patterns.
• Develop detection queries and analytical logic for scalable fraud identification.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to design fraud detection dashboards.
• Present analytical findings to internal and client stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in healthcare analytics or fraud detection.
• Strong SQL proficiency for querying large, complex datasets.
• Experience identifying patterns in healthcare claims or billing datasets.
• Knowledge of Medicaid billing structures and program integrity regulations.
