๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead a commercial Account Management team owning NRR for the DACH region, driving adoption of AI-powered products like AI Voice Agent and AI Assist Pro across a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market accounts. You'll build the team from 4 to 8 AMs, establish commercial motions, and partner cross-functionally to scale growth in a fast-moving environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own NRR for DACH: renewals, expansion, churn prevention, and upsell pipeline
- Lead, coach, and develop the AM team through a CSM-to-commercial transition
- Hire and onboard additional Account Managers within first 90 days
- Make AI Voice Agent and AI Assist Pro the primary expansion motion
- Set standards for pipeline generation, renewal hygiene, and risk management
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record leading commercial Account Management or post-sale teams in B2B SaaS with NRR ownership
- Experience running a team through a meaningful model transition (CSM-to-AM or scaling phase)
- You've hired and developed ICs in a high-growth environment
- Fluent in German and English
