You'll support the Store Manager in leading a retail team for Emma – The Sleep Company, a global D2C sleep brand. You will drive sales, motivate Sleep Experts, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while taking ownership of the store when needed. This role offers hands-on growth in a fast-paced, omnichannel environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth efficiency
• Motivate and manage sales staff to meet targets
• Advise customers on sleep products for best experience
• Oversee admin tasks, stock, and shift coordination

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years as Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Associate
• Strong sales skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to interpret performance data and act on it
• Fluent in English
