💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This part-time role offers a chance to work with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience using product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Open and close the store as needed with key holder duties.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store merchandising standards.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Avenger-like skills in communication, time management, and professionalism.
