💼 About This Role

You'll support daily operations of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing for a leading facility solutions provider. Your core impact will be maintaining equipment reliability through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, while responding to customer requests and closing work orders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform repairs and maintenance to buildings, utilities, and grounds
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment
• Record operational data in building logs and conduct equipment tests
• Respond to tenant requests and process work orders

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as mobile building engineer
• Ability to read blueprints
• Universal refrigerant recovery license and relevant state/local license
• Computer skills and building automation systems experience

✨ Nice to Have

• OSHA ACM awareness training certification
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
