🎯 What You'll Do

• Define 1-3 year strategic roadmap for the Realtime Data Platform
• Lead modernization of core data platform with real-time petabyte-scale processing
• Partner with product teams to enable AI-powered and real-time data features
• Scale and structure engineering teams through hiring and mentoring

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in data or software engineering
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Experience managing an engineering team of 10+ people
• Deep understanding of distributed data processing (Spark, Databricks) and event streaming (Kafka)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial domain
• Hands-on design for modern Lakehouse architecture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
