💼 About This Role

You'll bring Inngest's brand to life across marketing, sales, and community channels. You'll work closely with the Head of Design to turn briefs into polished work for a developer audience. This is a remote-first role with a small, passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design ad creative, landing pages, social graphics, and email templates.
• Create physical swag like tees, stickers, and hats.
• Produce booth graphics, signage, and conference materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of brand design experience.
• Fluent in Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Print and production management skills (bleeds, dielines, CMYK).
• Ability to adapt a brand system across diverse formats.

✨ Nice to Have

• Programmatic and ABM experience.
• Experience with AI-augmented workflows (Cursor, Claude, Midjourney).
• Motion and animation skills (After Effects, Lottie).
