🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic vision for affiliate marketing evolving into full-funnel partnerships.

• Own departmental financial performance including P&L oversight and ROI achievement.
• Drive cross-channel integration with paid media, SEO, commerce, and influencer teams.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in digital marketing with at least 10 years in affiliate/partnership marketing.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing teams and large-scale programs.
• Proven track record scaling multi-million-dollar affiliate programs across industries.
• Deep expertise in affiliate networks (Impact, CJ, Rakuten) and multi-touch attribution.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating affiliate marketing within omnichannel media strategies.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
