Requirements
- At least 3 years managing teams in a retail setting
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Inventory control experience preferred

Responsibilities

- Coach team to deliver memorable in-store customer experiences and execute omni-channel service
- Oversee cash management, inventory, and financial records with daily reconciliation
- Support team building, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Execute scheduling aligned with business needs and team member availability
