As a Technical Support Engineer at Jama Software, you will provide top-tier technical support to customers across cloud and self-hosted implementations. You'll troubleshoot installations, upgrades, and migrations, contribute to knowledge documentation, and collaborate with customers to resolve defects. Requirements
- Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone
- Experience with Jama Software or similar requirements management tools
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with cloud and self-hosted environments
Responsibilities
- Deliver planned weekend support and on-call services
- Provide functional support via ticketing systems and screen shares
- Support self-hosted customers with installations, upgrades, and migrations
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation and knowledge articles
- Collaborate with customers to identify, reproduce, and log defects
