As a Technical Support Engineer at Jama Software, you will provide top-tier technical support to customers across cloud and self-hosted implementations. You'll troubleshoot installations, upgrades, and migrations, contribute to knowledge documentation, and collaborate with customers to resolve defects. Requirements

  • Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone
  • Experience with Jama Software or similar requirements management tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Experience with cloud and self-hosted environments

Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned weekend support and on-call services
  • Provide functional support via ticketing systems and screen shares
  • Support self-hosted customers with installations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation and knowledge articles
  • Collaborate with customers to identify, reproduce, and log defects
