Description

As a Coding Specialist, you'll challenge advanced AI models on software engineering topics like algorithms, data structures, and system design, documenting failure modes to improve model reasoning. You'll converse with the model in Spanish (Latin America), verify logical and coding accuracy, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science or related field
• Real-world coding experience
• Technical writing in Spanish or open-source contributions preferred
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish (Latin America)

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI model on software engineering tasks in Spanish (Latin America)
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency of model responses
• Assess naturalness and correctness of Spanish language usage
• Capture reproducible error traces to harden model reasoning
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
