Description

As a Salesforce Administrator at Brex, you will configure and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem to support Sales, Support, and Operations teams. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, and focus on reliability, scalability, and clean configuration to help Brex enter new markets.

Requirements

• 2+ years as Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proficiency in declarative development (Flows, Object Manager, Validation Rules) and security models
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps pipelines
• Strong understanding of SOQL, data model, and Governor Limits

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement new Salesforce features with cross-functional teams
• Manage user administration, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and security controls
• Build and maintain complex Flows and automation logic
• Participate in SDLC: manage deployments, validate metadata, maintain documentation
• Triage and resolve bugs and support requests
