Description

In this role, you will package, test, and assemble custom infrared image sensors in a cleanroom environment, collaborating with engineers. You'll handle silicon wafers, wire bond sensors into ceramic packages, perform visual and electrical inspections, and operate custom test equipment.

Requirements

• Experience with precision test and measurement equipment for development/production hardware
• Experience collecting data from devices under test using test and inspection equipment
• Experience working with delicate microelectronics assemblies and performing fine motor skill tasks
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
• Experience with cleanroom environments (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Wire bond image sensors into ceramic packages using wire ball bonder
• Perform visual and electrical inspections of packaged sensor chip assemblies
• Operate custom test equipment to collect image data
