You'll own the full marketing strategy for London and regional SEA markets at BJAK, a leading insurtech platform. Your work will drive user acquisition and brand awareness across millions of users in Southeast Asia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full marketing strategy across digital, brand, content, and campaigns.
• Lead cross-channel performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and CRM.
• Build and lead content marketing engine including blogs, videos, and landing pages.
• Manage marketing calendar, budget, and resource allocation for ROI-driven decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of marketing experience with strategic and execution exposure.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and cross-functional campaign leadership.
• Strong understanding of paid media (Facebook, Google, TikTok) and SEO.
• Based in London with remote/hybrid work flexibility.

• Experience in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot.
• Background in brand development, influencer partnerships, or event marketing.
