💼 About This Role

You'll lead implementations for Collate, an AI document generation platform for life sciences, onboarding customers and configuring solutions. You'll ensure our product drives immediate value in regulated environments. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a well-funded startup with experienced founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive implementations from kickoff to go-live including scoping and configuration.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, understanding scientific and regulatory workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage risks.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of client-facing implementation experience in enterprise software.
• Proven ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Meticulous approach to requirements gathering, solution design, and execution.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical and scientific concepts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Work experience in pharma, biotech, or med device.
• Prior experience at a startup, able to wear multiple hats and thrive in ambiguity.
