Description

You will work one-on-one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities, helping them explore, acquire, and maintain employment. You'll empower individuals, document progress, educate employers, and advocate for inclusion.

Requirements

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ACRE or CESP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to obtain meaningful employment
• Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring people with disabilities
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations
• Make an impact on the community
