💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of new AI agents for healthcare and life science customers. You'll identify unmet market needs, validate concepts, and drive zero-to-one product launches. This role reports directly to the AI Agent Product Lead and offers the chance to shape breakthrough offerings at a high-growth company trusted by 44% of the healthcare Fortune 50.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product efforts for new AI agents and offerings
• Interview customers and identify new use cases
• Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach
• Launch MVPs and iterate to achieve product-market fit

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of Product Management experience
• Track record building and launching zero-to-one products
• Deep understanding of analytics and data-driven decisions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through product lifecycle

• Background in healthcare industry
• Experience in AI or launching AI agents
• Proficient in Figma wireframing
