You'll be working closely with the founding team to build Serval from the ground up, focusing on usability and creating intuitive interactions for powerful automation. Your work will directly shape the success of an AI-native platform transforming enterprise operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deeply understand complex problem spaces and forge simple design solutions.
• Generate ideas and drive collaborative processes to elicit ideas from teammates.
• Explore ideas via mockups, interactive prototypes, and usability testing.
• Craft designs from exploratory concept through pixel-perfect, shipped UI.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an in-house product designer.
• Experience designing and prototyping in Figma.
• Ability to think about complex problems and explore ambiguity.
• Proven skill in crafting pixel-perfect UI.
