You'll join a high-intensity team rebuilding the insurance industry using AI-native claims processing, driving pipeline for $500K+ ACV enterprise contracts. Working directly with the CEO and SVP of Sales, you will build and optimize outbound sales engines. This is a rare chance to join a rocket ship growing 50% month-over-month.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify high-value revenue opportunities.
- Build and optimize the outbound engine by testing new playbooks.
- Partner with senior sellers to convert leads into ARR.
📋 Requirements
- 1-2+ years of SDR or BDR experience with proven outbound pipeline generation.
- Comfortable making 100+ cold calls daily and handling frequent rejection.
- Strong communication skills and a competitive winner mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, on-site San Francisco environment.
