Description

As a Senior Applied AI Engineer, you will work with strategic customers to solve business-critical problems using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform combined with AI technologies like LLMs. You'll prototype solutions, demonstrate value to executives, and drive adoption to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• 6+ years leading technical pre-sales with AI roadmap definition and prototyping
• Understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few shot learning, prompt engineering
• Understanding of business processes across sectors (Supply Chain or Finance)
• Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch)
• Strong presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders including executives

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' AI strategy and translate requirements into innovative solutions
• Rapidly build creative prototypes using cutting-edge AI in customer hackathons
• Support customers in achieving ROI from AI deployments with agentic process transformation
• End-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects with secure LLM/agent systems
• Remain involved until agreed value adoption thresholds are reached
