💼 About This Role

You'll provide skills training and supported living services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Your work directly empowers individuals to lead more independent lives through person-centered support and advocacy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered supervision and support in home and community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Teach independent living skills including cooking, budgeting, and household management.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes in compliance with agency standards.

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance required.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with de-escalation techniques.
• Knowledge of DDS and Regional Center standards.
• Bilingual skills.
