💼 About This Role

You'll advise Brevo's global organization on general legal matters, reporting to the Global VP Legal in France. You'll provide practical legal advice and risk assessments to senior management in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role is based in Paris.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide practical legal advice and risk assessments to senior management
• Draft, review and negotiate SaaS, service, DPA, and NDA agreements
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, AI Act, CCPA, and anti-bribery regulations
• Monitor regulatory developments and support M&A due diligence

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience with some portion in technology and commercial transactions
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both French and English
• Ability to work independently and as a self-motivated team-player
• Strong organizational skills and proactive, result-oriented mindset
