Description

You will assist in designing, building, and integrating GenAI and agentic AI workflows for enterprise use cases, collaborating with engineering and product teams to prototype and implement AI capabilities into BSS/CRM domains. Your work will contribute to creating meaningful digital experiences for millions of people around the world.

Requirements

• Experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for integrations and AI-driven features
• Good understanding of GenAI models, agent frameworks, orchestration tools, and RAG concepts
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini
• Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and agentic AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation workflows
• Develop GenAI-based applications for text, conversational, and multimodal tasks
• Design and implement AI agent workflows with tool and MCP integration
• Design, test, and optimize prompts and tool-calling schemas
• Integrate AI systems with backend APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms
