You'll deliver personalized shopping experiences for a fine jewelry brand focused on self-expression and everyday luxury. You'll guide customers in discovering pieces while driving sales, conversion, and satisfaction in a retail store.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-store customer experience through Mejuri’s Steps of Selling
• Process orders including in-store, phone sales, and BOPIS
• Maintain back-of-house organization and inventory integrity
• Support visual merchandising and fixture maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Ability to connect with customers authentically
• Verbal communication skills and active listening
• Ability to learn product knowledge and style customers
• Ability to meet KPIs like SPH, conversion, NPS
