๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build an integrated commercial model across retail, venue hire, tourism, and ticketed experiences.
- Develop pricing, channel, and audience strategies to grow predictable revenue.
- Lead tourism and venue partnerships with government and corporate stakeholders.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team across buying, retail operations, and business development.
- Own revenue reporting and forecasting using a driver-based model.
๐ Requirements
- Track record of building multi-stream revenue across B2B and B2C channels in hospitality, tourism, or visitor economy.
- Financial fluency building forecasts and holding P&L conversations.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through periods of change.
- Ability to operate credibly with senior external stakeholders including government.

- Experience in tourism or visitor economy sector.
- Background in partnership management with philanthropic and program-based categories.
- Familiarity with driver-based forecasting models.
