Description

You will architect resilient distributed systems using Python and C on AWS (K8s, EKS, Lambda), own complex problems end-to-end, and drive technical strategy while mentoring engineers in a high-performance fintech environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years programming experience, 4+ years in production-grade Python.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery, unit testing, and build/deploy pipelines.
• Experience with AWS services (RDS, Aurora, Dynamo, EKS, Lambda) and Kubernetes.
• Ability to design resilient software components in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect resilient software components in distributed Python/C environment on AWS.
• Own complex problems from inception to execution.
• Drive team strategy and technical decisions aligned with company goals.
• Identify and resolve technical debt to improve developer experience and velocity.
• Coach and mentor engineers to build high-performance culture.
