💼 About This Role

You'll craft narrative-driven longform video content using AI-first pipelines at EverAI, the world's largest AI companionship platform. You'll own end-to-end production from ideation to final delivery. This role combines creative storytelling with cutting-edge generative video tools in a fast-growing, remote-first team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and AI characters
• Create narrative-driven longform video content including NSFW visuals
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation to post-production
• Use AI video tools like Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse for visual sequences
• Maintain character consistency across longer narratives

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines and prompting
• Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking
• Background in 3D, VFX, technical art or as a colourist
• Familiarity with model training (LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning)
