💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to use your fandom knowledge in a retail environment with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience using product knowledge
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership when manager is away
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for music and pop culture
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of retail KPIs like UPT and ADT
