Description

As an Implementation Engineer, you will lead projects critical to client success by configuring Proactive AI products, coordinating across departments, and collaborating with Customer Success, Product Development, and AI Innovation teams to design and implement business and technical requirements for AI deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or related STEM field
• Knowledge of basic programming languages and data structures
• Knowledge of data analysis and SQL
• Curious, problem-solving attitude, and collaborative teamwork
• Preferred: Experience with JavaScript, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, Python, and integration tools

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Proactive AI solution design, consultancy, and implementation
• Define and document requirements for automated transactions of proactive customer journeys
• Configure, test, debug, and deploy the SaaS platform per client requirements
• Write SQL queries, build reports/dashboards, and write/debug JavaScript code
• Design and test APIs
