Description

As Compliance Director at Payoneer in China, you'll lead the compliance program for the entity, ensuring adherence to PBOC regulations on AML/CFT, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements. You'll build relationships with regulators, develop policies, conduct training, and manage audits, while supporting the company's strategic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in compliance, risk, AML/CTF or sanctions
• At least 5 years compliance experience at licensed payment institution in China
• CAMS certification preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of AML/CTF/sanctions/risk controls
• Fluent in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

• Serve as Head of Compliance for China entity, ensuring PBOC AML/CFT compliance
• Build relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders
• Develop and update local compliance policies and procedures
• Lead compliance training for China business colleagues
• Manage annual compliance audits and regulatory inspections
