Description

You will act as a policy enforcement subject matter expert, handling high-visibility regulatory escalations and guiding a team of compliance agents. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership, to ensure effective moderation processes and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience responding to incidents at gaming, social media, or communications platform
• Experience managing regulatory requests in a compliance environment
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience on a trust and safety team or with content moderation
• Interest in online safety, policy development, and regulations

Responsibilities

• Act as policy enforcement SME and own regulatory escalations end-to-end
• Guide a team of compliance agents to meet performance metrics
