You'll serve as a key operational liaison ensuring the seamless performance of Viant's products, including our Demand Side Platform. You'll bridge cross-functional teams like Operations, Product, and Engineering with external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain platform reliability. This role offers exposure to programmatic advertising and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced ad tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as the connective point between internal teams and external partners for issue resolution
• Execute publisher integrations and third-party partner certifications
• Provide second-level QA and platform support for escalated issues
• Drive cross-functional projects to enhance platform stability and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ad operations or technical account management
• Familiarity with at least one ad-serving or programmatic advertising platform
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for documenting complex systems
• Proven ability to adopt and navigate new technologies quickly
