Description

You will lead and coordinate projects for video collaboration, life safety, and large venue solutions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and customer satisfaction. You'll manage project plans, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within AV, life safety, or low voltage systems.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Microsoft Office).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond to emergent changes.
• Knowledge of operational procedures and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using ERP and tools like ConnectWise and Microsoft products.
• Track multiple project budgets, milestones, and deliverables to maintain profitability.
• Conduct regular WIP review meetings with team leads and managers.
• Ensure clean project closeout and transition to managed services teams.
