Description

You will own Qualia's billing platform end-to-end, driving a major stabilization initiative and serving as the long-term platform owner. You'll optimize billing workflows, partner cross-functionally, and ensure billing data accuracy and automation as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with billing tools, CPQ, Salesforce, or ERP systems
• Direct experience administering or deeply configuring billing/CPQ platforms
• Owner's mentality and pride in work
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate challenges
• Systems thinking and ability to map downstream impacts

Responsibilities

• Own billing platform configuration, optimization, and expansion
• Build monitoring and alerting for data quality issues
• Drive process standardization with Finance and Deal Desk
• Lead stabilization and re-deployment of billing platform
• Serve as bridge between finance, product, engineering, and GTM teams
