💼 About This Role

You'll own the setup, configuration, and day-to-day administration of the systems that power our go-to-market engine at Basis, a fast-growing AI agent company. You'll be the technical backbone of the RevOps team, responsible for keeping our GTM stack cleanly integrated and data accurate. This role stands out for its impact on production-grade applied ML agents used by top accounting firms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage CRM configuration, automation, user permissions, and data hygiene
• Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack using Zapier/Workato
• Implement data governance standards for deduplication, enrichment, and validation
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline management and forecasting

📋 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems at a B2B SaaS company
• Strong Salesforce or HubSpot administration skills including flows and object configuration
• Hands-on experience with Outreach, Salesloft and prospecting tools like Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo
• Experience building integrations using Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic SQL or data querying skills
• Experience with commission/comp tools (CaptivateIQ, Spiff)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Marketing, Marketo)
