You'll support 360Learning's largest enterprise clients in their digital training strategy, building strong relationships with HR executives. You'll act as a facilitator across teams to drive adoption and ensure contract renewals by coordinating resources and empowering clients. This role offers full remote flexibility and a focus on strategic impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage portfolio of enterprise accounts
• Coordinate 360Learning resources for client success
• Define learning transformation roadmap
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as Client Success Manager or HR/Learning consulting
• Experience with enterprise accounts (2000+ employees)
• Native French and fluent English (B2+)
