💼 About This Role

You'll lead, structure, and scale Mistral AI's Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and compliant payments while driving operational excellence and vendor relationship development. You'll oversee the AP team and partner with stakeholders to support rapid growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, mentor, and scale the AP function (2 clerks)
• Own end-to-end A/P cycle: invoicing, payments, vendor management
• Design and improve AP processes, controls, and policies
• Drive automation of AP workflows (OCR, AI, electronic payments)

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of AP experience in a scaling environment
• 4+ years in a managerial role overseeing AP teams
• Deep expertise in AP processes, controls, and accounting
• Fluency in French & English

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong operational and leadership skills
• Good Excel skills
