• Optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google SEM, email, CTV, YouTube, and Meta.
• Expand into new channels including Reddit, X/Twitter, and direct mail.
• Lead brand-building campaigns like OOH, billboard, and podcast.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid ad platforms and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
